My Accomplishments

I’m have been a leader in the Optical Industry for twenty-five plus years guiding both independent and corporate businesses as an experienced trainer, coach, and influencer with an in-depth knowledge in adult learning. I’m also and avid-presenter having presented on visual merchandising at three different industry conferences.

  • I was showcased in Optical Prism’s March 2024 magazine, highlighting influential women in the optical industry, and I shared my top tips for ECP entrepreneurs.

  • I attended the OSI Group’s West Conference in June 2023 as a workshop speaker and presented on increasing capture rate, increasing revenue per patient, and visual merchandising.

  • In response to Covid-19 and practice shutdowns, I partnered with medical professionals, researched regulations, produced and co-facilitated an infection control and PPE video. Video at 7000+ views and shared with the larger Optometry community as best-practice.

  • I revamped 2-day in person Optometrist Doctor Business program, feedback 4.89/5. One member’s feedback: ‘I learned more in this program than in my MBA!’

  • I designed and implemented a 4-modular Manager Development Program. Received consistent 4/5 Feedback scores for >1000 participants over 3 years.

  • I was voted as one of the Most Influential Women in Optical, Vision Monday Magazine.

  • I was recruited to Eye Recommend - skillfully coached and influenced successful on-boarding of thirty-four new clinics, and 14 cold starts within the first 2 years.

  • Eye Care Director of the Year, Pearle Vision North America- reduced vacancy rate of sublease Doctors from 40% to 10%.

  • Field Performance Consultant of the Year Luxottica Retail North America - Committee member for integration of Pearle Vision and Shoppers Optical to Luxottica.
